Which system suits a hotel?
Bedroom-by-bedroom control, quiet running near guest rooms and a tidy exterior usually decide the system. As room count rises, VRF almost always wins on running cost and condenser count.
Individual and multi-split systems
Individual splits are the cheapest way to cool a few rooms and are common in guest houses, but each indoor unit needs its own (or a shared) outdoor condenser, which quickly clutters the exterior of a larger building. F-Gas and TM44
Handling refrigerant is legally restricted to F-Gas certified engineers - it is not optional, and every installer we match you with holds current certification. VAT, planning and acoustics
