For anything that isn't a quote request — general questions, press, partnership enquiries from engineers or networks, or anything relating to your personal data — email us at info@airconsurrey.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days.
If your enquiry relates to personal data (for example an access or erasure request), please see our Privacy Policy first — it explains your rights and what we'll need from you to verify your identity.
We don't operate a telephone line; email lets us keep the service free and gives both sides a written record.

If something has gone wrong
If you're unhappy with any part of our service, email info@airconsurrey.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line and as much detail as you can. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 5 working days. If your complaint is about the workmanship or conduct of an engineer, your contract is with them directly — but tell us anyway: complaints feed into our vetting, and repeated problems mean an engineer stops receiving enquiries through us.
