Who writes Air Con Surrey
A small team, the sources it works from, and the line between what we publish and what an engineer decides.
What we do
The editorial team researches, writes and maintains the guides, brand pages and cost pages on the site, keeps the regulatory statements in step with current guidance, and handles corrections. The same team reviews the enquiries that come through the service, so the guides answer the questions people are actually asking rather than the ones we assume they have.
What we are not
We are not installers and we do not survey, specify or fit equipment. A guide can tell you what a 3.5kW wall-mounted unit typically costs to install and why a north-facing bedroom needs less capacity than a south-facing loft; only an engineer who has seen the room can tell you which unit to buy. When a question needs that, the page says so.
How a page is published
A page is drafted from the primary sources, checked by someone who did not write it, and published with its review date set. Reader reports go back to the team, the page is re-checked against the source, and it is corrected if the reader was right.
Getting in touch
Corrections, questions about a page and press enquiries come through the contact page.
